Shenzhen POCO Magnetic Co.,LTD. is located in Shenzhen city of Guangdong province in China. POCO is specialized in the development and manufacturing for magnetic powder cores. Our company has more than 6 years R&D and production experience in this field.

Our history

POCO established the first R&D center in shenzhen early in 2004. Since 2009,to meet the need of society development, The leader of our company decided to merge resources to get stronger strength, since then we have changed the name of company by "Shenzhen POCO Magnetic Co.,LTD.."to open up to the markets.
During the year 2004, we successfully established the R&D center for magnetic powder core in Shenzhen.
During the year 2005, we successfully developed the powder insulation technology,and put the alloy powder into mass production.
During the year 2006, we successfully developed the NPS(sendust core) powder core series and put into mass production.
During the year 2007, we successfully developed the NPF/PPF(equivalent to High Flux core) series FeSi powder core and put into mass production.
During the year 2008, our products high quality and competitive price level highly approved by Emerson and become their long-time powder core supplier.
During the year 2009, we successfully developed the PPI(equivalent to iron powder core)series powwder core and put into mass production, and successfully passed the ISO9001 quality system.In this year, we changed our company name to be Shenzhen poco magnetic co.,ltd.
During the year 2010, we estabilished a new production center in Huidong, Huizhou, that helped us promote the ptoduction capabilities by about 3 times.In this year, we puechased IPANEL powder core R&D center in USA, and estabilished our oversea sales center in California,USA, and our high quality products and good after sale service helps us win the magnetic powder core market in USA
During the year 2010, we also succefully developed a new PHD(to replace AMCC) series core, this core specially suits for application requires large current but small core size.
During the year 2011, we have sucessfully passed the ISO9001 &ISO14001 system, and will keep our production capability promopt by extending the production houses and add the automation production lines.

Our major advantaged products include the NPS series sendust cores, NPF/PPF series flux powder cores(performance can match the high flux cores),PPI series core(performance can match the iron powder cores),NPS-L series cores(performance can match the MPP cores),PHD series block assembled cores(AMCC core).Besides these, we also offer inductor design for our clients and offer customzied products to meet our customers' special requirement.

We have worked together withEmerson,BYD,HuaWei,ZTE,VAPEL,EAST,Good Power,ASTEC,Mean Well as their Long-time powder core supplier, and now we have established cooperation relationship with cilents from abroad as India, USA, Russia,Italy, Egypt, Hungry,etc.. Our high quality products, competitive price level and good after sale service have received highly proved from them.

Our factory and production capability

Our factory is located in Huidong of Huizhou city in China, have more than 10000 square meter production area. In the production lines, we have more the 20 sets pressing manchines. they are all automatical mechanisches pressing machines.
With these production facilities, we can press 400KPCS cores per month,and we will keep our production capability promopt by extending the production houses and add the automation production lines by about 3 times by the end of 2012.
